A BIG WEEK AHEAD FOR RCEP: A big week lies ahead for a trade agreement that could link 3.6 billion people in 16 Asia Pacific economies including Australia. Trade Ministers are to meet on November 1 ahead of a Leaders’ Summit in Bangkok on November 4. This follows a 5-day meeting of negotiators last week.
