Anthony is an IT enthusiast & expert and an entrepreneur at heart.
With 15 years of experience in IT, project management, businesses and startups; Anthony is passionate about bringing solutions and improvements, to accomplish what’s not been done before and to accomplish more effectively on what’s been done.
Currently CEO of Wakuliner, Indonesia’s 1st and largest awards-winning culinary & catering platform.
Anthony is an ambassador of the AMTC Indonesian chapter since 2018.
Anthony is also a Global Learning System partner in BINUS University. He works together with the moderating lecturers in constructing case studies, forum discussions, and tasks for students.
Prior to moving back home to Indonesia for good, Anthony was a software developer & IT project manager in TJX Companies (U.S.), a Fortune 100 company and the largest off-price fashion retailer in the world. He managed the IT teams and consultants in the US, Canada, Europe & India from Accenture, IBM, Cognizant, and other consulting companies.
Founding Chairman and Ambassador – New Zealand
Jerry is passionate about helping MSMEs going global as well as the digital economy.
Jerry is the Chairman of New Zealand Green Industry Association. Over the years he had worked with professionals from food manufacturers, food technologists, distribution channels as well as raw material suppliers. The Association has successfully helped small to medium New Zealand businesses to obtain import/export advice, distribution channels as well as investment capital from China. NZGIA works with online and offline distribution channels, i.e. Alibaba Group, China Shipping as well as Walmart.
Jerry is appointed as the Independent Director of Open Polytechnic of New Zealand and he also serves as an Advisor to the Board of New Zealand Shareholders Association. He is also an Advisory Board Member for New Zealand Asia Institute, University of Auckland. Jerry has over 10 years of experience as professional manager and leader.
Jerry held a Postgraduate diploma in Computing & Information Science from Auckland University of Technology and is currently pursuing an MBA with the University of Auckland.
Ambassador and Council Member – Singapore
Edmond is currently the Director at DVUCA Pte Ltd as well as a council member of the Asia-Pacific MSME Trade Coalition (AMTC) and an ambassador of the Digital Champions Programme by the Asian Trade Centre Foundation (ATCF). He was previously appointed Director at Evatic Singapore, overseeing the sales and operations of the Singapore office. He has also worked in Cisco Systems and Lucent Technologies.
Edmond’s experience include cloud technologies, big data, IoT and telecommunications. His specialities include business development, sales strategy, solution selling and channel partner management. He is the author of the book ‘Phenomenal Sales, 7 Steps to Closing Deals the Right Way’.
Edmond graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering (with a minor in Information Systems) from the National University of Singapore. He also obtained both his Program and Project Management certifications from the Steven’s Institute of Technology, USA.
AMTC Ambassador – Thailand
Dan Itsara is Chief Operating Officer at Glazziq, an ecommerce brand prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. As COO, he built a just-in-time production system to automate complex fulfillment decisions, integrate directly with suppliers, and deliver high quality, low-cost eyewear to customers in a way that scales like a cloud service.
Prior to Glazziq, Dan worked as a product manager on Amazon’s Video Metadata team, where he led efforts to drive customer engagement through better movie and TV data and recommendations and managed Amazon Video’s expansion into the UK and Japan. Dan is a veteran and former officer of the US Air Force, where flew missions as an experimental flight test engineer to develop strike and unmanned aircraft technologies.
Dan holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, a Masters of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the Michigan Ross School of Business.
Director Asia Business Trade Association (ABTA)
Barath began his career in the Foreign Service where he served on the US Desk, managing bilateral relations with Singapore’s largest strategic partner, through to the watershed 2016 Presidential Elections.
He subsequently moved to the Ministry of Trade and Industry where he was part of the Policy Team for the landmark Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the largest FTA signed to-date, during which he coordinated its strategy across its 23 Chapters while steering it to its successful conclusion, ratification and implementation.
Barath was also a Lead Negotiator for the Pacific Alliance-Singapore and Eurasian Economic Union-Singapore FTAs and part of a select Inter-Ministry team to study and prepare for the potential fallout from the ongoing US-China trade war.
Barath has a B.A. in Political Science from the National University of Singapore.
Dr Deborah Elms
Director Asian Trade Centre
Dr Deborah Elms is the Founder and Executive Director of the Asian Trade Centre (ATC). She is Vice Chair of the Advisory Board for the Asia Business Trade Association (ABTA), Co-Chair of the Trade Policy Committee of the Global Trade Professionals Alliance (GTPA), and also a senior fellow in the Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry’s Trade Academy.
Previously, Dr Elms was head of the Temasek Foundation Centre for Trade & Negotiations (TFCTN) and Senior Fellow of International Political Economy at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Dr. Elms received a PhD in political science from the University of Washington, a MA in international relations from the University of Southern California, and bachelor’s degrees from Boston University. She also publishes the Talking Trade Blog.
